This is a gem in downtown! Amazing food and very friendly staff. I don't think you will be disappointed if you give this place a go! I made a Yelp account just to leave a review for this wonderful place. If I could leave more stars I would, I have never been disappointed with the service here.

Yes to everything already written. Doesn't get any better. This is a reasonable, tasty, huge serving in downtown Miami. Curry goat, stew chicken, rice and peas, veges, don't forget the boiled green banana. Took my back to many years ago when I lived in Jamaica. The best, most reasonable lunch place in downtown Miami.

I was on the elevator when a guy had food from Jamacia Corner. I said, "what is that smell?" He said it was Jamaican Food. Immediately I went to get me some. OMG, some of the best food outside of Jamaica. I had the snapper stewed fish and jerk chicken. Very fresh. Robert the owner was very friendly. I will be returning.

Delicious Big servings. A little more pricy than usual, but great, authentic Jamaican food. Tiny spot, a little sketchy area, but get in and get out and all good

This keeper of a eatery is hidden in a ghost town of a food court in Downtown Miami. All the other food court places were closed and this one remained. I knew there had to be a reason why this place was still in business and I dove in to investigate. They have a stacked menu with jamaican and chinese items including fried chicken, stew chicken, barbecue chicken, jerk chicken, curried chicken, steam snapper, brown stew snapper, escovitch snapper, beef chop suey, curried shrimp, chicken fried rice and much much more. They pride them selves in fusing jamaican and chinese food and I had the priveldge to taste their jerk chicken dish. The jerk chicken dish had the chicken bathed in a sauce that was not overpowering but still savory. This is important with people being delicate to spicy food, if you want your chicken to be spicy you let the chef know and he will accomodate your needs. The rice was a perfect texture and plantains were cooked to a golden crisp. The chinese fusion to the dish was seen in the sweet cabbage which had hints of asain sweet and sour flavor tying all the components together. The gentleman at the eatery was speaking well of the conch soup served on Fridays and I will be back to give that a taste. They have a great lunch special at just about under 6$ a dish. With a vast menu, a great special, and counrty fusion cooking it's quite hard not too come back. Great Job Jamaica Corner, I will be back soon!
